In an era where global health challenges demand a holistic and integrative approach, the National Conference on 'AYUSH for One Health' aims to bring together academicians, practitioners, researchers and industry experts to explore how traditional medicinal systems can contribute to the One Health paradigm.
The One Health concept is deeply embedded in traditional healing systems like Ayurveda, Yoga, Unani, Siddha, and Homeopathy (AYUSH). With ancient wisdom rooted in sustainability and holistic well-being, AYUSH can play a crucial role in disease prevention, biodiversity conservation, and community health resilience.
This conference will focus on unlocking the untapped potential of traditional medicinal systems to contribute to a more integrated and sustainable approach to One Health. Participants will gain unique insights into the integration of AYUSH practices within One Health frameworks from distinguished guest speakers who are experts in the field. This conference will serve as a catalyst in developing strong multidisciplinary interconnections among One Health enthusiasts in the nation.
'One Health' is an integrated, unifying approach to balance and optimise the health of people, animals, and the environment. PROJECT One Health is an innovative start-up that focusses on the One Health concept and addresses global health issues through capacitating and coordinating the efforts of numerous groups of people who care about the environment, animal, and human health.
This is the first start-up from Kerala that exclusively focusses on the One Health concept and gives diversified services such as education, consultancy, research, projects, technical solutions, linkage programs, and One Health tourism activities to the multidisciplinary stakeholders of One Health.
